Legislation That Covers WHS

Hi,
my question requires me to name two forms of Legislation that cover WHS in work place.

According to me it should be
1.The model work Health and Safety (WHS) ACT 2011
2.The model work Health and Safety (WHS) ACTRegulations 2011

Please suggest the right ones and guide me in the right direction.
