Communicating With Different Cultures

hi i am currently doing my diploma in early childhood and education care i am struck in assignment in work effectively with culturally diverse clients and co-workers.
my question is
Give 2 examples of cultures and what communication style they prefer.
could you plz help me to get answer.
my answer is
Australian-eye conduct.
