Understanding Legislation & Common Law Relevant To Work Role

I am trying to find an answer to:
provide the number of the regulation in understanding legislation and common law relevant to the work role
Someone said they think it is number 77 but cant be sure. I also need to summarise it in my own words,
so if someone can point me to the right website it would be great
