CHCECE001 - Reflect On Your Own Cultural Identity & Biases

I am currently studying the diploma and have had alot of these table exercises to do where the element needs to be attached to the NQS/NQF and the EYLF I almost always gets these wrong so was just wondering if anyone else is familiar with these. I am currently stuck on the reflect on own cultural identity and biases I have looked at the NQS document but cannot find the answer.The unit I am doing is the CHCECE001 Develop cultural competence.

I am doing the same subject and a little lost on it myself..
But the reflection is on you isn't it?? as what are your beliefs and bias?

Yes Kaz, just to clarify you will need to reflect on your own cultural identity and biases. You won't be able to find the answer in any document because it depends upon your opinion...
