hi

please let me know these question

research the different policies that can be found in early childhood care centre

1. make a list of at least 8 different policies.

2.provide examples of three different polices .

3.explain how staff can contribute to the review and development of these policies ?

my answers are;

1.medication policy,emergency and evacuation policy, cleaning policy , behaviour management policy,accident and illness policy sun protection policy nutrition policy hygiene and safety policy.

2. encourage the children to wash their hands before and after eating.
vacuum the mats and clean the floors daily.
when a child complete the task directed by an adult such as washing their hands before meal then staff respond with thank you for remembering to clean your hands before you eat.


3 and i am stuck on the third question please help me how i do this question.

Yes, you're on the right track for the first 2 questions. For the third, staff can contribute by taking part n the evaluation of policies, adding their own practical strategies and ideas, filling in feedback and suggestions forms etc.
