You are employed by the government department in your state/ territory that handles family and community matters. You have been asked to review the department’s code of conduct and ethics. Describe what principles the code of conduct and ethics should be based upon.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
i am not sure about this question.
is this about the code of ethics of, in relation to families, i will: and in relation to communities, i will:?
if so, do i have to write them all down?

I am stuck as well on this, but I just found an organisation similar to this and read their code of conduct. It gives you a good idea of what can be expected.
This is the one I used:
