Post by schmerah » Sat Nov 22, 2014 1:13 pm

Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCIC302A Support Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families to participate in children’s services
Your Assignment Type: Other
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
For this task you are required to source and describe FOUR resources that could be used in a children’s service to reflect positive images of ATSI culture relevant to your community or region. You should detail:
a. Name and a description of each resource
b. How the resource can be acquired (borrowed, purchased, made etc)
c. How it can be used to reflect positive images of ATSI culture.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I was thinking along the lines of creating yarning circles, bush tucker gardens, creating instruments, practising music including dress & body paint, creating art etc.
Would you say this is along the right track?
