CHCECE013- Use information about children to inform practice.

Identify where information relating to observing children is located in each of:
* The National Quality Standards?
* the Education and Care Services National Regulations?
* Belonging, Being and Becoming: The Early Years Learning Framework?
* UN Rights if the child?
* ECA code of ethics?
