What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
For the first one- brain development, I understand the positive and negative influence on the brain development, like abuse have negative impact on the brain development.
But for the left, I totally haven't got ideas.

For each search you need to type in "positive effects of..." and "negative effects of..." and with the information available you will be able to get your response.
