Which polices need you to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)? Describe what PPE is needed and how you will use it. Are there any requirements for use, storage and maintenance of PPE?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Does it mean like gloves for nappy changing?

When should Personal Protect Equipment be used in handing and preparation ??

I think during cooking, serving and storage of food.
