What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Nothing so far I'm confused!

Description and Message:
Hey guys, my first post so I hope I get this right!!!
I need to write a brief explanation of each step in the national quality standards process, step 1 all the way through to step 6 but I can't find it that matches up to my book?? Step 2 is apparently week 6, 3 is week 13 and 4 is week 15, so I'm really confused!!
