Hi all,
I am new to this site so forgive me if I posting in the wrong section. I am studying Cert4 in children's services OSHC and need to know what my obligations in relation to confidentiality. I thought this question was pretty self explanatory but I needed to resubmit it. Obviously I missed something. I thought confidentiality meant that I am obligated to keep the children and their family's personal information "confidential" like not telling anyone outside the care centre etc... Can anyone help me?
