These are the questions that I ask prospective parents of under 12 month olds - what am I missing. I'd really appreciate help with finishing this last assignment.

Re: CHCCN305B - List Of Information For Parent To Share With Educator About Their Child
OK, the questions you are asking is the information required on an enrolment form. These questions are basically used as useful information about getting to know the child's routines and preferences. Some questions to ask to form a strong bond with a child can include:
- what at your child's interest?
- what activity does your child like to participate in? (e.g. water play, sand play, lego, painting etc).
- is your child involved in outside activities such as playgroup, jamboree etc?
- where does your family like to go on the weekends?
- has your child travelled anywhere?
- describe your child's skills and strengths
- what are your goals for your child?
Hopefully this gives you a better understanding of the question,
