What to use when cleaning nappy change area

hi could other educators please let me know what u clean ur nappy areas with. we use a soap solution. i still think we need something else.

Our scheme policy is warm water and a small amount of liquid soap in a squirt bottle. :)

I use to use a disinfectant diluted with water.

Our Centre supplies us with a Lemon Disinfectant which we then dilute with the appropriate amount of water and we use paper towels.
