A: Employers must give at least 7 days’ notice for changes to rosters, including meeting times. If the meeting is compulsory, it must be paid.

From what I know, you don’t just have to show up for anything on a whim. If the meeting is mandatory, you should get paid, and they have to give you at least a week’s notice for any roster changes
