Need some ideas :)

Post by ChildcareWorker » Wed Aug 28, 2013 11:50 am

May be a little silly, Just wanted to ask if anyone has any ideas on storing sleep time sheets.
It is my first time with my own room (on 19 lol) and I have 48 children on my roll, everything I have tried to store them just looks messy. Wondering if any amazing childcare workers has any ideas Thankyou

At my previous centre we used a ring binder folder to store all our paperwork in. We used a divider for each month then added the relevant sheets per folder at the end of the day. We had one folder per document. For e.g sleep time sheets, daily check lists, nappy changes. You could even colour code the each of the folders for each piece of paperwork. This way really kept our paperwork in order and neat as well. We just added the folders on our shelf in the room.

Hope this gives you an idea,
