Between daycare and a nanny, which is the better solution for working parents?

Hello,

According to my opinion, daycare encourages your little one to explore their environment, interact with their peers, and find their own interests and hobbies. This encourages your little one to develop emotional intelligence and independence. Being independent at an early age builds your child's self-esteem.

On the other hand, hiring Nanny has the following drawbacks
There are no regulations, so parents have to screen nannies before hiring.
No back-up if your nanny is sick.
Hiring a nanny tends to be more expensive.
Having a nanny is like managing an employee.
You may disagree on things like your child's nutrition, activities, sleep schedules, discipline, etc.

So, for me, daycare is better than Nanny. But everyone is different with some unique thinking and you are the best judge for your child. So it is lways recommended to hear your own.

Thanks

Nandita

I agree with the Nandita about daycare. I think that communicating with the peers is exteremely important for kids, and they can do it there
