Heard a song the other day but can't find it on Google

the lyrics go

Blow Blow a big ballon way up to the top
Puff Puff Puff Puff caaaaaareful it might POP

Anyone know the actual title??

I really can't remember exactly where i heard it.
I do remember the children really enjoying the song tho lol

I know one very similar and it was just called Blow the balloon

Blow the balloon ( pretend to blow balloon)
Blow the balloon (pretend to blow balloon)
lets blow lets blow lets blow lets blow
pop where did my balloon go ?
