I need to disseminate information to all educators advising them the assessment of the outdoor play

Can you help which steps do i have to follow doing a email, note or noticeboard

I think you can do which ever one gets the word across... You could type up a letter/note and give it to each educator and also have this available on the staff noticeboard...Or send an email and print, add it to the staff noticeboard and staff have to sign it to make sure that they have read and understood it...
