Hi, i'm currently doing CHCMGT003 and I got a question:

What is WNA? What could it be used for?

Could it be Workplace Needs Assessment:

A workplace needs assessment considers how dyslexic or other difficulties are affecting performance in a specific job. It will identify training needs and also ways in which an employer can give help and support.
