Walking Excursion To The Library

2) Develop a permission note for parents which details the following
a. Outline of the walking excursion to the library, what will occur and its purpose.
b. Parental permission for their child to leave the service in the care of the educators.


You must ensure your documentation and procedures comply with current regulations.

I cannot find the regulations I am meant to follow to make this form

Have a look at the National Regulations in regards to excursions... you will also need to complete a risk assessment...
