Unclear Policies and Procedures

hi i am wondering if anyone can help me with the question: what would you do if found unclear policies, procedures and protocols in the centre?

Discuss it with the director. Find out exactly what needs to be done in terms of the policy ad procedure. Suggest that these need to be updated to make the information easier to understand.
