suspected abuse of a child

Hi can you tell me if this in going in the right direction thanks heaps :)

When dealing with a possible child abuse situation, why is confidentiality important for the child and the child’s family?
You as an educator in a professional environment has a code of ethics to follow, until the case is proven its all hearsay, once this case has been reported then child protection will then investigate it.
