when developing a survey to improve for quality improvement what sorts of questions should I ask in a survey in relation to: -

7.1.4 Professional is made to ensure a suitable qualified and experienced educator or coordinator leads the development of the curriculum and ensures the establishment of clear goals and expectations for teaching and learning

unsure how to answer this have read the standards but don't understand this question could you please give me some ideas to get started

7.1.3 Every Effort is made to promote continuity of educators and coordinators at the service

my answer so far

• Are parents informed of any new staff member and how is it normally done?
• Are parents informed of any staff leaving the service?
• Do you promote existing staff members and how do you do it?
• Do staff have their own rooms to help provide a sense of stability and security of the children

7.1.1 Appropriate governance arrangements are in place to manage the service

don't understand this one could you please give me some ideas to work off

7.1.4 - I think this question is referring to an Educational Leader of the service. This is an appointed person to lead the team in developing and maintaining the curriculum plan and supports educators in their understanding of the curriculum etc. So questions could be something like:

What is the qualification of the Educational Leader
Are weekly goals established and evaluated for each room?
Do educators reflect on their day?
