I have been struggling with these two questions for weeks, my assignment is due in 2 days and this is all I can think of so far:
Outline the strategies for providing emotional and practical support for team members when working with the child.
Everyone needs to be consistently contributing to the management of the child's behaviour
Team members need to support their coworkers when they seem under stress (i.e take over the situation while the other member has a small break)
List some support agencies that would offer assistance to educators who are working with children displaying socially and developmentally inappropriate behaviours.
Inclusion Support could offer training, staffing and materials to support educators.
