Specific Information Regarding Ethical Procedures and Practices

Hi...The question is Where would you find service specific information regarding ethical procedures and practices?
My answer was : The ECA Code Of Ethics

I thought that my answer was right but I have been asked What is at each service that is unique? For the life of me I have read and re-read since last week and I'm thinking I have overlooked the answer. I have come up with : Service specific information regarding ethical procedures and practices are included in the ECA. In the code of ethics,the protection and wellbeing of children is of the utmost importance. Speaking out or taking action in the presence of unethical practice is an essential professional responsibility.
Please help me..am I on the right track or not even close?
