Service Indoor programming format

Hi,

In my work placement assignment I need to attach one - " Service Indoor programming format ".

My service doesn't have one.

It will be really helpful if anyone can refer a template.

I think it is referring to the program plan/curriculum...

Does your centre have a program in the rooms?
