What is a risk minimisation plan? Explain how and why these are used within a service.
A plan implemented between the coordinator and parents as an alert to help protect children who are diagnosed with health concerns like allergies & asthma from accidental exposure.
Having a risk minimisation plan in place allows everyone to be able to identify the child and be aware of all the precautions envolved with the hope to minimise the risk of a reaction.
An action plan will then follow on from this in the event of a reaction.
