Reviewing Policies and Sevices That Dn't Adhere To Laws

hello

if possible can anyone please help me with these 2 questions

1. what the process for reviewing policies is

2.What could happen if an early childhood education and care service doesn’t adhere to (follow) these laws, regulations and standards?

1. Effective Policy Development

2. If a centre is found in breach of regulations, law or standards they may be fined, be given a warning or a timeframe to comply with requirements...

Also, for Q2 it depends on how serious the breach is, if it's very serious than the centre could also be shut down...

The Regulations list the possible consequence if a centre doesn't adhere to the regulations:
