Post by prerna_26 » Sun Sep 11, 2016 11:28 am

Hi Lorina,
Q13 (c) Explain how you would respond if you saw a colleague not following safe food handling practices?

Please help, can't understand what to write for this answer...

Thanks :sweating:

For example:

During afternoon tea, you see an educator take a piece of fruit with their hand (hands are unwashed and they are not wearing gloves) and serve it to each child...

What would you do?

:geek:,
