A. Refection on your knowldge and role in the process Promts and guidence on individuals and group activitie that encourages talking, listening,and thinking about the quality of the services you provide
- Mentoring guidance
- Guidance on what they need to do at each stage
Planner to help you involve the whole setting including parents and children to help the quality improvement process

B. Reflection on the processes of assessing and planing for Quality improvement

- Listening to parents and children's and children's views on Quality
- Enhancing what is done to promote the best outcome for children
- Developing a clear vision and sense of purpose
- Adopting knowldege and the commitent to continues professional development

C. Question and suggestion in the future

- What are my understandings of each child?
What theories, philosophies and understading shape and assist my work?
Who is disavataged when i work in this way? who is advataged?
What am i challenged by? what am i curious about?
