Q) How can you support children's appreciation of each other's achievements?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
By encourage them and give them rewards or use good words or pharases.

Hey, I think you're on the right track here.
but You could also encourage children to celebrate these achievements together by using a 'show and tell' type approach, group discussions or a huge amount of excitement including more then just the child that is achieving.

Also pointing out to children that each of them have their own strengths and talents and discuss how all of these different talents are important. When you notice them compliment each other make sure you acknowledge this.
