Question 4- National Quality Standard

1. Summarise the purpose of Quality Area 7 Leadership and service management. What does the National Quality Standard define as effective leadership? Provide two examples of work practices demonstrated by effective leaders of education and care services.

What I have so far-
The purpose of Quality Area 7- Leadership and service management details that effective leadership and management of the orangisation takes part in the environment for the children’s learning and development. The policies and procedures, records, shared values, clear direction and reflective practices allow the service to role as a learning community. A continue cycle of planning and reviews which include talking to families creates an improvement.

I haven't added in examples yet due to not sure what I can use

I was wondering if I am on the right track so far

Have a read from Page 165 onwards and you should be able to come up with some examples...

I have just read it but I can't think of any examples could you please give me some examples I maybe able to use
