Promot ATSI cultural safety

Hi I'm getting stock with this questions could you please help me thank you?!
How communities and individuals were impacted to ATSI people:
a) decision making
b) communication
c) understanding and retaining information important to their culture ?

You may need to address the history of the ATSI people and from there work out how they were impacted...
