Your Question?
programs differ between children's service settings and may be also vary between rooms in a single service. why would that occur?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
my anwser so far is That the needs of indivaual children's goals and needs may change

I'm struggling with the Question as it doesnt make a whole lot of sence maybe someone can help reword it please
