I am hoping someone out there can help with this question as I don't fully understand
Who could you seek clarification from about the procedure prior to finalising
the suggested adjustment?

My answer that I wrote was: I would need to get clarification from the director and the lecturer has written on the bottom of the question that says, who else? and Where else? and why is the question not answered. I don't understand what they are asking of me.

This is the question and answer previous to the one I asked about.
I really hope you can help as this is a re-submit on a re-submit
Identify an adjustment that could be made to the procedure that would provide
additional clarification.
Display policy on health and hygiene and nappy changing procedures, in the nappy
changing area, to remind staff about the procedures required to ensure hygiene standards
are maintained whilst changing nappies. The baby wipes and the disinfectant spray could be organised a little better
as well as different sizes of gloves. Information could be larger in print as it
may be hard to find.

Sorry everyone but this is probably the question that I should have submitted just now
I am struggling with this assignment
Explain the process you would follow if you were unsure of the scope of your role.
Include an example of why you should seek clarification if you are unclear about what
you should do.
The process that is followed if you are unsure of the scope of your role is to speak with the
Director or a staff member or search for the protocol, procedure or policies in regards to the
situation. An example of why you should seek clarification if you are unclear about what you
should do would be in the situation of the above fire, if uncertain in regards to what to do, you
would ask the director to clarify a verbal instruction, so if you have been given an instruction, you
will be held responsible for carrying it out. So you need to be honest with yourself and others and
seek clarity if you don’t understand
