My assignment says I have to prepare a personal development plan using the SMART system.
I have to make four goals, one including how I have related to a variety of people in the work environment: it can be equality, cultural viewpoint or a social justice element. it is important for me to fit them with organisational policies, values and individual structure of the early childhood education and care service i am in.
I am having trouble with thinking up goals. Any ideas of specific goals I could do?
