National Learning Framework Question

Hi,
I am really stuck with a question in the Use an approved learning framework module of the course.
I'm up to PART B - PROJECT
What I need help with is this part:
For this assessment task you are required to use the national learning framework and one other approved framework of your choice.

The problem I am having is there are 2 national learning frameworks - EYLF and FSAC am I to use this as one framework or can I use this as my framework? I am located in QLD so the other approved frameworks do not actually apply to my state.

Just to update,

I heard from one of the trainers and she said that I could use both the EYLF and the FSAC
