Minimum requirement as per National Standards ensuring other qualifications such as first aid are up to date at all times.
Staff personal development – Are they available to staff to take up these opportunities.
Be familiar with and understand all elements of NQS and EYLF.
Ensure staff have resources to fulfill all aspects.
Being involved in all community functions and aspects of the community – have communication available in different languages.
Using natural resources, ensuring to recycle, proper garbage disposal, vegie gardens, water tanks, compost. Projects to ensure children are involved in sustainable practices.
