Legal Issues In EC Services

Hi i am new here. Can some one help me with these questions

1. List three common legal issues that need to be managed in 0-5 years children's education and care service.

2. One of your colleagues regularly fails to put children's files away and once you heared her tell a group of children that a particular child has mental health problems and has to take medication. Name an important legal obligation and ethical practice this staff member is ignoring.
