Language Skills

Post by jayydehh » Sun Mar 26, 2017 11:16 am

Hey this is my first time using the forum I hope I've asked the question below in the right spot.

Identify the language skills examples for each age group.

0-3 months
3-6 months
6-9 months
9-12 months
12 -18 months
2 years - 2 and half years
2 and half years - 5 years

Is language skills the developmental milestones?

0-3 months - express needs, cries etc
3-6 months - babbles and repeat sounds etc
6-9 months - responds to own name, smiles and babbles at own image in mirror etc
9-12 months - says words like dada or mama, waves goodbye etc
12 - 18 months -
2 years - 2 and half - uses two or three words, refers to self by name etc
2 and half - 5 years - speaks in sentences, answers simple questions, asks many questions, tell stories etc

am i on the right track?

Thank you
