I need help, im not sure how answer this question im doing the james and lucy Scenario im on the last question

10. Assessing and reporting risk of harm will always be difficult and may impact on your health. Discuss how you might manage this impact on your health. (You might consider thinking about what you might do if you were very upset, finding it hard to follow organisational policies and procedures, remaining ethical with the family, abiding by the response and follow up from child protection services)?
