Hi I am asking for advise on what information i would need to make sure when creating a instruction sheet, for Staff Or relief staff in relationship to supervising children in a room.
This is one of my task in my Diploma.
Kind regards

Re: supervision plans
- You could include a plan of the room that has the high risked areas marked where staff need to be extra cautious during supervision. So, this could be if you have a sensory experience available within the room, have any animals, painting activities, etc. Areas such as puzzle area and book corner are minimum risk areas as children usually do these alone. You could also mark blind spots where all children cannot be seen in particular areas of the room
- Provide a few strategies on supervising children such as making sure that they are able to see all children when supervising. When a child goes to the child if the staff member has to supervise the child as well. If the staff has to leave the room for any reason they have to let other staff know. Making sure they constantly have their eyes and ears opened at all times etc.
Hope this gives you some ideas,

Awww Pamela that's very sweet of you! It's my absolute pleasure to be able to help and support you through your studies!
I understand sometimes that while studying you just need a nudge in the right direction or someone to bounce ideas off and I'm happy to be that person!
I'm always here to help!
