Importance Of Literacy Development

please could anyone clearify this question for me please.

A. prepare a series of fact sheets for parents on the importance of literacy development and practical strategies to support literacy skills. your factsheet will be developed for the following age groups.

0-2yrs
2-3yrs
3-6yrs

Your information should include
1. link to Early years learing framework.

The link they talking about here is it the outcome?

My attempt
on 0-2yrs
outcome : children feel safe secure and supported
