How To Write Observations

okay so my centre uses an app to write our observations so we don't use formats such as anecdotal etc i have never written a observation like this before (except for in my cert 3 and i got to observe a child at my centre) this time they have given me a series of videos to watch and I'm so stuck on what to write, any help would be much appreciated !
