This assignment is in 4 parts:
*Part 1: Choose one of the following theories regarding children:
i. Attachment theory
ii. Emotional theory
iii. Social theory
iv. Cognitive theory
v. Friedrich Froebel's theory

Read and briefly define and describe what the theory is about, when was it developed, what incident or event triggered its dvelopment, what purpose does it intend to serve.

Part 2:

Plan and conduct a 1 hour workshop in which you will inform your participants about the theory you have chosen. Your participants can be a group of parents or members of your community. (Has to be a lively slide presentation).

Part 3:

The above workshop will provide you with an opportunity to work with your community to discuss your opinion regarding your chosen theory and how it affects or impacts children's holistic development. Gather these findings and write a report based on this information. These guiding will help you complete your report:-
*What did the participants say about this theory?
* How does it impact children's holistic development?
* How are the participants addressing it?

Part 4:

Analyze the report and make suggestion ( no less than 5, no more than 10) for improvement in terms of your chosen theory.
