Indira is an educator at a 25-place preschool licensed to care for 3–5 year old children, and which is located on the edge of a public park.
She has been asked by the Director to carry out a routine safety check (using a safety check form) of the outdoor play environment. This includes the climbing equipment, sandpit, storage shed, gardens, trees and fences.
Indira uses a safety checklist to assist her in this task. On the safety check form, Indira has noted sharp edges on the corner of the metal shed, some peeling paint on the climbing frames, a low-hanging branch and a loose latch on the entrance gate.
The gardens are well maintained and the sand in the sandpit has recently been replaced. Answer the following questions.
1. Identify three (3) existing hazards that Indira finds and three (3) potential hazards that may pose a risk in the future.
my answer . Existing hazards: Indira has noted sharp edges on the corner of the metal shed, some peeling paint on the climbing frames, a low-hanging branch and a loose latch on the entrance gate
Potential hazards: latch on the entrance gate give me 2 idea about
3. Choose one of the hazards that Indira identified. Using the hierarchy of risk control, identify a combination of two or more controls that could be used to address the hazard.

Hazard: low-hanging branch
1. Eliminating the hazard: cut down hanging branch
If not possible
2. Substitution or modification: try to trimmed hanging branch vertically or horizontally
If not possible
3. Isolating the hazard: Not allowed children to play or move near the low- hanging branch
If not possible
4. Engineering controls: temporary fencing are an option to divert and warn people
If not possible
5. Administrative controls: Prepare a supervision plan and conduct risk assessment prior the children playing or activity near the low- hanging branch
If not possible
6. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) madam please guide me what i need to write in this point

I think you're on the right track with your response!
With number 6 you could probably use thick garden gloves and goggles (the ones builders wear) as not to get the branch in your eyes or cut your skin...
