HLTWHS003 - Key Performance Indicators

Hello all, long time lurker, first time poster, ^_^

I'm having trouble finding KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) specific to childcare centres. Most of my googling has turned up how to make them for other businesses. If anyone has any hints or tips, they are very much appreciated.

I'm on the project at the back of my workbook (in the subject title above).
Here's what I have (my KPI's are just random guessing but sounded like they fit well for some reason) oh and I have mine in a table format like the workbook.


Factor : Workers are unsure of the health and safety legislation and codes of practice that relate to them
Action to be taken : - Hold a training information session for staff
- Inform staff where to find information
- Have information readily available for staff to look at
Person/s responsible : - Director
- Manager
Additional factors : - Provide resources
- Review again on the 18/08/15
- Employees to sign and date
KPI's : - Duty of care
- Work health and safety

I haven't come across KPI's so this is new to me... I did find some information though...

Thank you so much for replying so fast. I had stumbled upon one of the links but the first is really great help.
I've actually emailed my trainer to get a few more ideas on what she wants in the workbook.
