Helping Children To Help Themselves

hi I was just wondering if anyone has done the caring for children assignment the helping children to help themselves a4 parents handout.
I am really stuck on how to word it im crap at school work lol has anyone got a completed one they can share with me please im not looking for one to copy just one to see how people have done it.
