Goals Of The EYLF

Hi I wondering if anyone can help answer my question: what are the primary goals of the EYLF?
I thought the main goals would be the 5 principles and eight aspects of practice. Maybe also the learning outcomes :)
If you could please give me some advice that would greatly help with answering my question.
